College Terrace is one of Palo Alto’s oldest and most eclectic neighborhoods, located next to Stanford University and near California Avenue. College Terrace is home to over 900 households, Palo Alto’s oldest library branch, and four small parks. College Terrace was ranked the #1 place to live in California for 2019.
