1. Soon-to-start construction of 901 California Avenue. This was a project designed and entitled in prior years by Stanford’s lessee partner, Alexandria Real Estate, and construction is now commencing in January 2026.  Stanford Real Estate will be running the construction project.  Their architect and their construction team will present the project schedule, as well as address questions and concerns.

3. Any other Stanford Research Park subjects of interest or concern as well as a discussion about Transportation safety issues involving College Terrace where Stanford may be helpful.
