    Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the annual meeting. I want to bring attention to the traffic light management at the Cal Ave/El Camino Real intersection. In very simple few ways the light sequencing can be changed to improve throughput, who can help us to make it better and Is CTRA working to influence the bike traffic scheme on Cal Ave Pedestrian Zone? Also, I do not understand why so many “no right on red” signs have sprung up. I am doubtful of the value and enforceability.
